Odysee is pretty cool, but its extremely limited genre-wise. Lots of niche interests but most of the content is just autistslop reuploaded from Youtube.

i tried to do this many times ago, but peertube (only viable alternative) is a dnb to end all dnbs. bitchute is full of nothing but fox news tier boomerchud takes, as with all other ones that advertise themselves as "freeze peach alternatives" (that, or its fucking cryptobros making nft themed youtube). only other ones i can think of are immensely dead and/or only have the stuff i mentioned earlier
you could try vkontakte video or like bilibili but thats just identical to youtube for russkies and mainland chinese respectively
