was clearly a Saito supporter and spewed xenophobic opinions.

Furthermore, on August 18th, they uploaded an image edited to justify the governor's moment of silence (also suspected of AI manipulation).
↓
This raises the question of whether the official Hyogo Prefecture Public Relations account and the account of the ardent Saito supporter are closely related or even the same person.
