埼玉県さいたま市の見沼田んぼ地域に増えてきた遊休耕作地を活用したヒマワリ畑＆ヒマワリ迷路畑ですが、来週あたりに咲きそう！ヒマワリは開花後2週間くらいは咲き続けるので、見頃はおそらくはギリギリ8月末くらい〜確実なのは9月上旬までになりそうです。5月のゴールデンウィークに種を蒔きましたが

さいたま市の見沼で、向日葵を迷路のように植えて向日葵迷路畑にして、無料で開放する予定ですが、ビバホームに資材なども見に行きまして、60センチの倍数で計算（通路は60センチ、向日葵で作る壁は120センチ）で作ると良いのではないか？と、試算しました。ゴールデンウィークに種を植える予定です。

先日の深夜に、第2子が産まれました！予定日より１週間くらい早く、午後に陣痛が始まってから即入院、その日の夜に出産となりました。もちろん、想定はしていたものの、いつになるのか？ということは分からずでしたので、最近はその可能性があることをお伝えした上で打ち合わせや会食等のお約束をする

埼玉県さいたま市内の見沼田んぼ地域の約1500平米の遊休耕作地を活用して、向日葵迷路畑を作り、開花した夏には、無料で楽しんでもらうべく、向日葵（ヒマワリ）の種を蒔きました！入れ替わり立ち替わり2日間でお子さん含めて50人くらいの方々に種蒔きをお手伝いいただき、ありがとうございました！

今月に結婚（再婚）しまして、Facebookのステータスを独身→既婚に変えたのですが、今まで婚活系アプリかパパ活系アプリしか広告が出てこなかった僕ですが、今は一軒家や分譲マンションを買う広告しか出てこないので、40歳男性会社役員のターゲティングは、独身・既婚でだいぶ変わると思いました。

今年初挑戦の向日葵（ヒマワリ）迷路畑、完成しました！あとは明日に看板を付けて写真撮影用の踏み台とベンチを置きます。向日葵（ヒマワリ）の開花期間は意外に短くて2週間くらいらしく、今月いっぱいかなとも思います。ぜひ行ってみてください！住所は、埼玉県さいたま市浦和区三崎26です！ぜひ！

妻が第二子を妊娠しまして安定期にも入り、先日に大宮の氷川神社に安産祈願にも行きました！次は男の子とのことです！ 次の子が生まれてくる時には僕も45歳になっていますので、20歳になる頃には僕は65歳なわけで、今後とも健康に気を付けて引き続き頑張っていきたいと思います！

コワーキングスペース7F（ナナエフ）、今日12月1日で10周年です！もともと僕1人で始めましたが、この10年間で、月額会員は累計800人、7F業務で雇用したスタッフは累計120人、運営を通じて知り合った人の累計はおそらく約1万人で、感慨深い！感謝！今日は10周年記念お煎餅を無料でお渡ししています！

前々から、会社からより遠くに住んでいる従業員ほど優遇するかのような通勤手当支給に疑問を持っていて、もちろん通勤手当そのままで、その上で近くに住んでいる従業員を優遇すべく近距離手当みたいな会社から徒歩10分以内には月4万円の家賃補助的なの出しますみたいにしたら早速2人手を挙げてくれた。

Facebookの方に詳しくは書きましたが、今日に、埼玉県秩父郡横瀬町の山の中にある約100坪の庭付き空き家を、売買契約締結やお金の振込や司法書士を通じての不動産移転登記も全部完了しまして所有しました。個人として住む予定は無く、ワーケーションからのテレワーク施設として改装していく予定です。

結婚して3周年が経ちました！子どもも1歳6か月になりました。めでたい！離婚経験のある僕は、次の1周は前回の反省を活かして夫婦仲良くずっとやっていきたいと強く思っていまして、遅い年齢からだけど欲しかった初めての子どもの子育ても楽しいし、今後とも諸々頑張っていきたいなと思っています！

42歳にして初めて西松屋に行きました。早い人であれば子どもも成人して子育てを終えようとしているであろう42歳にして、念願の初めての子どもがもうすぐ産まれるであろうということで、普通に計算して子どもの成人時62歳、妻も僕より1周り若いし、健康にはくれぐれも気を付けたいと改めて思いました。

先日は妻の誕生日でした！子どもも2歳になりました。ぽっちゃりしている僕が言うのも説得力が無いかもですが、健康に気を付けつつ、今44歳の僕にとっては遅い時の子なだけに、長生きを心掛けたいなと、思っています！

もしウチの子が小学生になって、将来はケーキ屋さんになりたいと言ったら、ウチのシェアキッチンで菓子製造業を取って今やったらいいじゃんと言ってしまいそうだし、将来はお花屋さんになりたいと言ったら、ウチの農地も使えるし営業許可の不要な業態だから今やったらいいじゃんと言ってしまいそうだ。

日本テレビのニュース番組「news every.」に、僕たちの向日葵迷路畑を取り上げていただきました！取材時刻に僕は別件があって由紀さんが対応しました。何の仕込みも無しで、向日葵迷路畑にたまたま来ていた子どもや大人が取材に応じてくれたようです。良い感じに取り上げていただき、大変感謝です！

少し縁あって若い人の転職相談みたいので30分くらい話を聞いたのですが、そもそもが雇用契約ではなくて業務委託契約っぽいんですよ。ということは、失業保険とかも原則出ないし、あれ？社会保険等の支払いってどうしてるの？みたいな感じで、今の時代、学校でその辺りの授業もあると良いと思いました。

昨年に続き、今年も、埼玉県さいたま市浦和区三崎という見沼田んぼ地域の約1反5畝（約1500平米）のこの約10年間は雑草が生えているのみだった遊休耕作地を活用して、向日葵（ヒマワリ）迷路畑を作りまして、妻と子とも様子を見に何度か行きました。今がちょうど見頃です！
