How do I shop in an Amazon Fresh store?
You do not need to be an Amazon Prime member to shop in Amazon Fresh stores, nor do you need the Amazon App. You can shop with either the Amazon App or a physical card in all Amazon Fresh stores and contactless in selected stores.

In some stores you need to scan your Amazon App or use a physical card as you enter, in other stores you do this as you exit.

When inside the store, you can put your phone or card away and shop like normal. If you change your mind, just put the item back. You wont be charged.

When you're done shopping, head towards the exit. If you scanned your Amazon App or used a card on the way in, simply walk out of the gates. If you didn’t scan on the way in, simply scan or tap on the way out.

If you shopped with the Amazon App or a physical card that’s linked to your Amazon account, we’ll email you shortly after your visit to let you know your receipt is ready. If you paid with contactless or a different card, you can find your receipt at amazon.co.uk/receipts.
