In video clips posted on social media on Sep 26, a 
woman was yelling hysterically and making a scene at the Kowloon East campus of University of Hong Kong’s School of Professional and Continuing Education (HKU SPACE), complaining that the classes (for her daughter) are not conducted in Mandarin — English and the main local dialect Cantonese are used — and demanding a refund of the tuition fee she paid.
