Second one feels more like getting me drunk, and opened/cleared the third eye. First one feels more like condensing energy at first. When I went back to the first one, it affected/expanded my now clear third eye. But it didn't do that on its own.
It seems the first one focuses mostly on condensing energy and will buff up the energy body in whatever condition it is. I guess over time it would create a feeling of drunkenness too, but the second one was instant.
