“I had the pleasure to have Ms. Olivianah Baugh in my MGMT-322 Sustainability Strategies class in the Fall of 2019. Ms. Baugh quickly asserted herself as one of the class leaders, consistently showing up prepared for class and being a key contributor in class discussions. Ms. Baugh was a member of Team #4 in class. They assessed the pair of Germany and Patagonia, examining the social, economic, and environmental programs of the country and company, with presentations every two weeks in class on one pillar of their program. Ms. Baugh’s analytical skills were very evident as she penetrated the myriad of available information and identified key aspects of the organizational work being done across each of the three pillars. In addition to being able to unearth information relevant to the assignment, Ms. Baugh was able to communicate her findings in a concise and enjoyable fashion. ”
