The City of Philadelphia is co-hosting a -raising ceremony with Pennsylvania Chinese United Coalition (宾州华人侨团联盟) on Sep 30. Other Chinese hometown associations such as Greater Philadelphia Fujian Hometown Association (大费城福建同乡会) are also participating in the CCP event.
