N. Charlie Kirk recently made Islamophobic remarks toward Omar Fateh, a Muslim-American candidate in Minneapolis. He attacked Fateh’s Muslim identity rather than engaging on issues.
O. He also posted that “24 years ago, a group of Muslims killed 2,753 people on 9/11. Now a Muslim Socialist is on pace to run New York City.” He compared that to his view of imported values threatening Western civilization.
P. On executions, he argued kids should watch them. Public, speedy, televised executions. Said the act of watching could be an initiation, “sacred” or “heavy.”
Q. He defended views he said were misogynistic: urged women to submit to men, made arguments dismissing women’s autonomy in favor of traditional gender roles.
