Are we talking about the hardware, or the software?
Generally speaking----
Hardware: If a baby is born with the genitalia of vagina and anus only, that baby is then considered a female baby. Or a woman when she grows up.
Software: Millions of human beans report that, as they gain full consciousness, and experience the world around them in more detail, they cannot help but feel strongly that-- they,-- do no identify with the body they were born with. That is to say, that they feel like they are a woman inside a man's body, or vice-versa.
These reports (in the millions) spread out across time, cultures, and continents. And we, as intelligent beans, should try and understand these reports better, and try to maximize the well being of such human beans, as to maximize their time on this prison planet.
But if you have no empathy. Or low empathy. All of that will not make any sense to you. Because you lack the ability to put yourself in other people's shoes. To see the world, through their eyes. To see what they see. And feel.
