材料:
鶏ささみ 3本
【A】マヨネーズ 大さじ1
【A】塩 小さじ1/4
【A】コショウ 適量
片栗粉 適量
サラダ油 大さじ3
【B】粉チーズ 大さじ2
【B】青のり 大さじ1
作り方:
① 筋を取ってスティック状に切った鶏ささみ、【A】をポリ袋に入れてもむ。10分おいて片栗粉をまぶす。
② フライパンにサラダ油を引いて中火で熱し、①を並べてこんがりと揚げ焼きにする。全面がカリッとしたら油を切る。
③ 耐熱ボウルに②、【B】を入れ、手でゆすって全体にまぶしたら、完成!
