Idk why you’re blaming the entire thing on this head when both of them had no problems on it. Vtubers flirt with each other for fun all the time and this rarely ever happens. It’s the fault of the shippers and nobody else.

It's obviously not entirely his fault, but an influencer's community is typically reflective of what they allow and disallow. If he didn't want this to happen he would've shut down shipping the moment it started, instead of letting it fester.

He already shut it down two years ago. They haven’t had a single collab since 2023 and have spoken about how they don’t want the ship anymore back then. You can say that, but I think it stops being his fault when he hasn’t even interacted with the other guy for 2 years.
