Localised Heavy Rain Advisory: There is severe rainstorm in Sai Kung District and North District of the New Territories. Rain is also particularly heavy in Tai Po District. It may cause serious flooding. Members of the public should stay on high alert and take necessary precautions to reduce their exposure to risk posed by the heavy rain and flooding. Hourly rainfall is expected to exceed or has exceeded 100 millimetres over Sai Kung District and North District of the New Territories. Hourly rainfall is expected to exceed or has exceeded 70 millimetres over Tai Po District.
