At 232100 UTC, Super Typhoon Ragasa (2518) with central pressure 925 hectopascals was centred within 30 nautical miles of two one point two degrees north (21.2 N) one one four point three degrees east (114.3 E) and is forecast to move west or west-northwest at about 12 knots for the next 24 hours.
