Here is the latest weather bulletin issued by the Hong Kong Observatory. Weather forecast for tonight and tomorrow Strong to gale north to northwesterly winds. Winds will further strengthen overnight. Up to hurricane force offshore and on high ground at first tomorrow, becoming east to southeasterly winds. Winds will weaken gradually at night tomorrow. Seas will be phenomenal with swells. Cloudy to overcast with a few squally showers and thunderstorms. The weather will deteriorate rapidly and showers will become more frequent overnight. Showers will be heavy with significant storm surge tomorrow and temperatures will range between 24 and 28 degrees. Outlook : Winds will weaken gradually on Thursday, but showers will still be heavy at first. The weather will improve gradually in the following couple of days.
