The Zeroes are barking up the wrong tree and it's going to boomerang on them. James Gunn is producing some very fun, very entertaining superhero material for DC Comics. I say this as someone kinda jealous and mad that I don't work for DC anymore. Unfortunately for folks whose economy runs on shit, SUPERMAN was great. They'll be hard pressed to make him into Kathleen Kennedy or Rian Johnson. James Gunn's work is GOOD. Pick a new target, guys.

Ethan 90% of your clicks and views come from the controversy and fights with former comic gate members and the Zeros. It's profitable for you to be anti Zero. You've become Bizero

I'm sorry I ever supported them. Collider 2.0.

I never imagined that Potato Head would blame James Gunn fans for his not reading DC Comics in 2005.

The same people tried to go after Alien Earth and got on the wrong side as the vast majority of people like it. I guess they have no leftist targets to bother with and are just scrapping for clicks.

I went with my wife and 3 children (2 teen boys and a 8 year old girl). My and my middle son are the only comic book fans and yet all 5 of us left that movie very entertained by it. Superman was objectively a pretty good movie.

I really wanna see a serious DC Noir Spirit movie on the level of China Town but with cool super natural jazz n things. I think Gunn is really shaping the DC world for film and these movies are going to lead into long line stories and this sets up epic events!

Rian Johnson’s own work is awesome

100% correct. Gunn is doing great. Creature Commandos was brilliant. Superman was good. I havent watched peacemaker yet. He's got something cooking with DC. Future is bright. Then you have the zeroverse hating everything for clicks. People are tired of the nonsense.

I said the same, feelgood comics and it was fine. I don't condemn @JamesGunn Superman, it delivered heroism, the blue boyscout, and planet cracking action (literally) that you expect from a Superman outing. James also did great work on Suicide Squad, GotG, & Toxie and earned it.

Gunntards. Doesn’t quite roll off the tongue as Rippatards.

It struck the right tone but the james gunn humor fell flat.

I wanted to like Superman so bad but unfortunately exactly what I didn’t want to happen happened and Gunn turned Superman into guardians of the galaxy with a slap stick a minute and a story not as good as any of those 3 movies

I thought Superman was just decent. Also, I'm sick of the character assassination of both Superman's Earthly and Kryptonian parents in Superman adaptations. Figure out a different way to give Superman a dilemma other than "At least one set of my parents are dickheads."

It was fun, I wouldn't call it great to be honest. That's just my opinion

He'll probably get let go, once WB is bought. Superman did not do the $ they thought it would, nobody cares about creature commandos, and Peacemaker season 2 ratings aren't great. DC's James Gunn experiment is failing. Why wouldn't the new owners cut him loose?
