俺が謎硬貨の件でバズってた時、取材を申し入れて来た複数の媒体の中で、ちゃんと取材費くれたのはムーだけで、しかもその後謎硬貨の話が載るたびに毎回献本してくれている。ホントにちゃんとしてる編集部なのだ。

ふと「涼宮って名字の人実際にいるのかなあ」と思って調べてみたら案の定、創作で実在しない幽霊名字だったのだが、最近海外から帰化した外国人が涼宮性にする人が出てきており僅かに実在するようになったということを知って「へえ」って声が出た。

「俺が最後まで面倒を見るって猫と約束したんだ」と頑なに入院を拒む末期癌の爺さんに「このままだと共倒れる。ちゃんと猫の受け入れてくれる人探してくる。俺が約束する」と説得して入院する爺さんと老猫のお別れに立ち会った。立ち会った全員が涙目だった。賢い老猫もお別れを理解してるようだった。
昨年はもう1件✕報したことがあって、それは高校卒業したての若い男の✕体だったのだ。最近は✕報すると✕察から怒られる事が多いのでよっぽどのことがない限りしないけどこれは流石にしたのだ。結構な進学校を卒業して多分浪人してたのだ。大抵の✕体がおっさんなので切なかったのだ。

遠野なぎこさん、亡くなったのか⋯⋯。 実は去年、都内某所の安立呑屋で遠野さんとひょんなことで知り合って、一緒に呑んだことがあるんだよね俺。樹海探索の話で意気投合してなんだか深い対話をした。いつか一緒に樹海にゆこうと約束してた。酒と死への仄かな憧れ。また会いたかったな⋯⋯。

今日、新しい家で寛ぐ老猫の写真をプリントして爺さんに見せに行った。ベッド寝る爺さんは引っ越し祝いの刺し身をもしゃもしゃ食う老猫の写真を見て「あいつ、俺からは刺し身なんて絶対食わなかったのに」と目を剥いて驚いて「早く元気になって会う」と断言しててまた泣いた。
この件、ちょっと面白いのは、かつてそのスラムダンク自体が模写どころか思いっきりNBAの写真をトレースして作画していたということだよなあ。と有耶無耶になってた話を今更掘り返す。

はい『エセ著作権事件簿』事案ですね~。「人物の数、ポーズ、服装、ゼッケン、構図」のうち、そもそも人物の数、ゼッケン(の数字の事?バカじゃないか?)は表現と言えず著作権で保護されない。ポーズ、構図も「表現の本質的特徴」となりにくく保護されにくい。表現部を比較すれば相違点が多い。 x.com/nikkansports/s…

最近読んでる本。90年代中頃池袋の安アパートで餓死した老母と障害持ちの息子の死に至るまでの日記。気軽に買ってしまったが、延々と重く暗い生活の記録で読んでて鬱々とする。なんで買ってしまったのだろうと思いながら読む手を止められない。あの頃の池袋の風景が浮かんでくる。
