For months now, link(s) starting with "https://esm.archive.org/" never load. Running "wget --spider [url]" = it's stuck at "Connecting to esm.archive.org (esm.archive.org)|207.241.239.242|:443... Retrying" forever. In a web browser it results in "ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT" after trying to load it for a long time.

Please fix this. Make it finish loading with an HTTP 404 or something. This problem is messing up certain applications; they fail or have issues when dealing with such links.

Example of such a URL which is very broken and always ends in "failed=Connection timed out.":
