Common order errors

When ordering on Ultraviners you might receive an error code. Below you will find a list of common errors.

Code Description
ITEM_NOT_IN_ENROLLMENT This is the most common error. It means that the product is not anymore available on vine (You were too slow to order).
ITEM_QUANTITY_UNAVAILABLE Same as ITEM_NOT_IN_ENROLLMENT
FBA_NO_INVENTORY This product is out of stock on amazon
VOICE_NOT_AUTHORIZED You are silver and you've tried to order a product that is meant for gold members only.
MAX_ORDER_THRESHOLD_REACHED You already ordered your daily limit of 3 (Silver) or 8 (Gold) products
ITEM_ALREADY_ORDERED You already ordered this product while it were in your RFY or you ordered a variation of this product
SCHEDULED_DELIVERY_REQUIRED This product can't be delivered in your area. But sometimes it means the same thing as ITEM_NOT_IN_ENROLLMENT
VINE_CONSTRAINT_VIOLATION This is some internal error on Amazon. We believe that it is caused by too many users trying to order the same product at same time.
INVALID_ORDER_DOCUMENT This one I believe that is also some internal error on amazon. Sometimes the order works. (Check your order history)
Empty order ID Same as INVALID_ORDER_DOCUMENT
Unexpected Order JSON Same as INVALID_ORDER_DOCUMENT
No recommendation found for recommendation id Show when viewing the details. Product is also not available anymore.
This Vine order cannot be processed. Please go to Amazon Vine to try again, or choose another item. This shows during the checkout (You were too slow to order).
Error fetching available enrollment items for request ... Maximum number of simultaneous requests reached. Please consider adding a retry mechanism or increasing the queue size. This shows when opening the product details. Amazon server is struggling.
