An article published in Danish newspaper Berlingske on Sep 14 reveals that, during a reception hosted by 
Ambassador to Denmark Hideki Uyama at his official residence on Feb 26 to celebrate the Emperor Naruhito’s birthday, 
Ambassador to Denmark Wang Xuefeng (王雪峰) demanded, right in front of the ~200 guests present, that Robin Cheng (鄭榮俊), Taiwan's representative in Denmark, and his wife be removed from the venue.
After the Japanese host rejected the demand, Wang stormed out of the room, waving a finger at Cheng to express his anger and dissatisfaction.
Wang’s behavior was a raw display of disrespect and arrogance. The incident not only offended Denmark and Japan, but also highlighted Beijing’s contempt for international norms and diplomatic civility.
