[Digimon Basics] The Fabled Legend-Arms Digimon​ ​

There are plenty of Digimon out there that wield weapons of their own, but did you know there are some that can turn into weapons themselves? We call these Digimon the Legend-Arms!　Here’s a chance to learn a little bit about the walking weapons of the Digital World.

    Story of the Legend-Arms

    Digimon that can transform their bodies into weapons: these are the Legend-Arms, fabled beings said to either save the world in the hands of angels, or destroy it in the hands of devils. At present, the Zubamon, Ludomon and Spadamon Digivolution trees have been confirmed, each transforming into a weapon of their own.

    From left to right: Zubamon, ZubaEagermon, Duramon , Durandamon. This is a Weapon Digimon, obtaining the ability to transform into a sword from the Zubamon Digivolution onwards. By the time it Digivolves into Durandamon, it boasts a cutting edge sharp enough to cleave any defensive barrier into twain.

    Left to right: Ludomon, TiaLudomon, RaijiLudomon,BryweLudramon. This is an Armor Digimon, obtaining the ability to transform into a shield from the Ludomon Digivolution onwards. By the time it Digivolves into BryweLudramon, it becomes the ultimate adamantine shield, undamaged in the face of any attack.

    Despite its serious and hardworking personality, it can also succumb to pressure from time to time. Spadamon’s combat strength is low, but it shows its true worth in spear mode.

    Born from the DNA Digivolution of Durandamon and BryweLudramon. RagnaLoardmon was supposedly conceived when these Digimon resonated with one another, an event brought on by the awakening of an evil being in the Dark Area.

These amazing Digimon are strong enough on their own, but show their true worth as weapons in the hands of allies!
