Official ParamountPlus Twitter says this was the season finale (see tweet on Jan 6). + The original run was supposed to be like 13 episodes, so it seems they cut the budget quite a bit. + SPOILERS The episode ends on an obvious season cliffhanger.

According to IMDB and some other sources the Tulsa King is supposed to have 10 episodes in Season 1 and episode 10(season finale) will release on 15 January.

Shame that they had to "ex machina" multiple of the plot points they had been building all season. Kinda defeats the point of all the early plot building if any problem can be solved in one scene or less. Hell, they spent more time on the guy singing than what happened with crypto.
