If you date in your teens, you have so much spare time to just focus on love and friendship and having fun with friends. You don't have to worry about maintaining your 40-60 hour a week job or securing a permanent place to stay. For the most part, you really are simply free to live your life. If you're dating a girl as a teen, you would have ample energy and time to spend with her multiple times a week for as long as you want. Imagine staying up till 5 in the morning just having fun with your girlfriend and all your friends. This is MUCH harder to do when you're an adult and have actual responsibilities.
Furthermore, when you're a teen, most other teens are in the same boat as you. As in, they're all new to sex and relationships. You'd get to experience all the new feelings and emotions relating to sex alongside all your peers. Even if you were to ascend later in life, you'll most likely ascend with someone who has already been playing the game for years. You'll be clueless as to how to act and what to do.
