やはり僕の認識不足でした。２階にある授乳室は即時を与えられる仕様には
作られていないのでミルクのみでお願いしますとのことでした。
ちなみに専用の給湯器とシンク、ベッド３台に授乳スペース２部屋なので
ここで離乳食あげてたら混みますね😥
張り紙に関しては色んな方からご指摘も頂いたので写真に書き換えました。

単純になんでダメなんですか？どこが衛生上問題なんですか？
おむつ替えるわけじゃないですし、汚いものを散らかすわけではないと思いますが、素直に知りたいです。
厨房が近いとかですか？
子供は汚いものですか？
それともお店で出すものが不衛生なんですか？
