へずまりゅうにアドバイス。議会が始まる前に審議される議案や請願の内容を「１行に要約する」ことに専念したら、すべての議案や請願の内容が理解できるよ。私は18年前に議員になってから毎回やってる。わからなかったら担当の職員に聞けばいいし。国会見学や靖国神社や川口行く暇があるならまずコレ！
