9月4日（現地時間）、トランプ大統領により、我が国に対する関税の引下げ措置に関する大統領令が署名されました。同日、米国訪問中の赤澤大臣は、ラトニック商務長官との間で、日米間の合意に基づく投資イニシアティブの大枠について、日米の共通理解を確認するための了解覚書に署名しました。
