You say you’re suing “those parties” and that the DOJ “backed up” your suit. That has nothing to do with me quoting what CNN, the Guardian, Snopes, Science Feedback, and McGill already published about you. That’s not libel, that’s citing your record.
You say you look forward to suing and subpoenaing me. Great. I look forward to deposing you and getting your financials to see how my small post allegedly wrecked your “millions.” I cannot wait to send interrogatories about your bans, your role in the Disinformation Dozen, and your conspiracy posts. Once those answers are under oath, they become part of the public record.
You tell me I should have looked you up. I don’t have to. I only looked up what I wanted, and it was more than enough to show your history. The rest is my opinion, and the First Amendment protects that.
So yes, go ahead. Spend your millions chasing a case you cannot win. I’ll be prepared for whatever you send my way.
