Republishing doctrine only applies if the underlying statement is false, and nothing I cited has ever been proven false in a court of law. Erin Elizabeth hasn’t even identified which of my words are supposedly wrong, she just jumped straight to threats. The lawsuits she brags about have either been dismissed, like CHD’s cases against Meta and PolitiFact, or are still unresolved, which means no finding of falsity. Posting sourced reporting from CNN, The Guardian, Snopes, Science Feedback, and McGill is not defamation, it’s repeating her public record. Filing lawsuits doesn’t transform that record into lies.

Even grok of sh*t says you can successfully sue somebody who has republished fraudulent information about you. Especially when they have refused to take it down when they see it’s false. CCDHate group has already lost several lawsuits.
