Oh please. If you think you’ve got a case, file it. Everything I’ve said about you comes straight from mainstream reporting and fact-checkers, not from me inventing things. Your bans by Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, your inclusion in the “Disinformation Dozen,” your partnership with Mercola, and your conspiracy peddling have all been documented.
Defamation requires false statements presented as fact. Quoting what’s already been published is not defamation. If you’ve got a problem with it, take it up with CNN, Snopes, CCDH, or the platforms that kicked you off. Threatening to subpoena my account is laughable, because I’ll happily respond with a motion to dismiss citing every single outlet that reported on you.
So either put your lawsuit where your mouth is, or stop pretending that you can bully people out of citing your own public record.
