The clip, shared on TikTok on Tuesday, appears to show one warden being kneed in the face while the other is grabbed and pushed to the ground.
Witnesses can be heard shouting "chill the f*** out, bro" and "stop" as the attack is carried out.
In the video, one man can be seen attempting to knee a warden in the face before a second is surrounded by a group of men throwing punches in Sparkbrook, Birmingham.

One member of the public is seen intervening and standing between the second traffic enforcement officer to stop the group of men.
As a car alarm sounds, the video ends with the two traffic wardens appearing to leave the scene.
The video has since been removed from TikTok following the incident.
It appears the clip was filmed in a busy area with people walking past and restaurants in the background.
LATEST DEVELOPMENTS:
A Birmingham City Council spokesperson said: "Nobody should suffer abuse or assault for simply trying to do their job and we will be contacting the company that employs the officers to ensure they are okay and see if any support is needed."
An investigation has been launched by West Midlands Police after two traffic enforcement officers were assaulted on Stratford Road on Monday, September 5.
Inspector Neil Kirkpatrick said: "We're aware of video footage of the attack circulating on social media which shows a particularly nasty assault on two traffic enforcement officers.
"No-one should have to be subjected to violence in the course of their work.

"And I'm relieved they did not suffer more serious injuries.
"We're determined to bring their assailants to justice and I ask that anyone who witnessed the assault or who has information should contact us if they haven't already done so."
