Our Sustainability Strategy
From Stakeholder Input to Strategy
We engaged both internal and external stakeholders through surveys and interviews, asking them to rate the importance of key ESG topics from 1, not important, to 5, most important. Internal ratings were averaged, while external feedback was analyzed using the CRITIC method to assign objective weightage.
These insights were then plotted on a materiality matrix, mapping internal views on the X-axis and external perspectives on the Y-axis to identify high, medium, and low-priority topics.
