That other post (you replied to) perfectly encapsulates the negative aspects of Nyamo; she indeed has that typical nasty-cold-bitch attitude; she isn't the worst-case-scenario of nasty-cold-bitch-ness, certainly she could be far worse, but she's nearly always whiny when she talks (not the sound of her voice, but that she complains about things and nags people) and has overall a cold attitude, being a much colder woman than Yukari who's full of warmth and energy (usually). Probably why Nyamo is into physical activities and sports so much; why she is PE teacher; she compensates for her lack of "life" energy or "spiritual" energy with physical energy.
While Yukari is mean to Chiyo and screams at people and beats people etc she absolutely does not have that bitchy personality Nyamo has. Yukari is mean sometimes because she has, as Ayumu senses, "some psychological trauma she can't talk about" which causes her to lash out against her surroundings sometimes. But aside from that outward behavior of hers, Yukari clearly is a very very very good woman and infinitely better and nicer than Nyamo. Much warmer personality, likewise so in her thoughts, in her mind, much happier on the inside.
Whereas in contrast with Nyamo one gets the impression she secretly feels like she failed at life and goes around being all grumpy and disappointed about her life-situation. They both have problems in that regard, neither of them have a man and both are childless, but one can tell - irrespective of how she behaves in class in front of the students - that inside Yukari there's more genuine positivity about life than within Nyamo.
To put it another way, aside from how they behave in front of and against others, Nyamo's heart is colder and deader than Yukari's heart which is warmer and more alive. And as a result Yukari is more capable of love, more capable of in general loving people and of loving someone special, than Nyamo is (who obviously have had many more boyfriends, who dumped her, than Yukari who might have had only one). If someone had to choose between Yukari and Nyamo as a wife, he'd be an absolute fool to go with Nyamo and he'd quickly regret that choice - as her previous boyfriends did.
