When someone calls NGE slop, that reveals the individual either doesn't know the word's meaning or hasn't seen NGE.
As for Azumanga you think of it like that because you're one of those youngsters who, having grown up in the nuanime era of last 20 years and only got into anime recently, has (and understandably so) a severely distorted perception of Azumanga precisely DUE TO the trannies and plebbitors etc who infested the fanbase in recent years: Your image of Azumanga was painted by its recent (as in ~22) resurgence of popularity, the resurgence that saw an influx of a wave of new fans - many of whom rather different than the traditional Azu fans, and a large chunk of those new fans are trannies and fags and above all many of them are pro-tranny pro-fag type people (having been raised on nu-values resulting from indoctrination with propaganda for such things) and those new fans are the ones who have, in recent years, overwhelmingly been the ones active online making/sharing Azumanga content. That's the problem, and the cause for why people now have misconceived ideas about this anime. So just be aware your perception of Azu is extremely distorted - distorted by trannies, and also skewed by all the worthless moeslop cancer produced after Azumanga.
When someone associates Azumanga with trannies, that reveals the individual is a youngster of the aforementioned sort with a false image of Azu like that - painted in the recent years. When someone calls it slop, that likewise reveals the individual's judgement is influenced by all the slop produced after Azumanga in the nuanime era - similarly to how today many teenagers entire conception of what "anime" is consists solely of generic/sloppy/moeshit/trannoid nuanimes, which is why they understandably hate anime; as that's all it is to them.
