広告イラストがすごい勢いで生成AIに置き換わっていくのを眺めていると静かな怒りが沸いてくるんですけど、それは生成AIの開発者やプロンプト入力者への怒りというより、「なんだお前ら、偉そうなこと言ってたくせにその程度のイラストで満足だったのか」という広告主や代理店への怒りだったりします。

デマはやめてください。著作権が明確に認められないのは、プロンプトそのものではなく、機能を指示するだけの「1 girl」など短いプロンプトです。生成AI全般が対象ではありません。長文のプロンプトは文章としての独自表現を持ち、歌詞や小説と同様に著作権が発生します。

過去にも何度か言ってきたけど、Twitterで AIについてアンケートを取ると、必ず反AIが勝つのでおかしいと思って外部サイトでアンケート取ったら、同一IPから大量投稿されてました。IP規制すると結果は逆になりました。この時、反AIとか言う奴らが、悪質な言論操作をしてる事を知りました。

反AIの政治活動終わったっぽい。立憲民主党がAI支持に舵を切って、共産党とれいわが申し訳程度に反対してるだけで、反AI掲げてる議員マジでほとんどいなくなった。昨日徹底的にリサーチしたけど、政治的には反AI活動はマジで詰み。お疲れ様でした。

独特な絵柄に著作権が認められるのは、あくまで例外的な状況であり、ほとんどの場合、絵柄そのものには著作権が存在しない。厳密に言えば、「権利者に具体的な損害がない限り、ある絵柄を真似たとしても著作権侵害とはならず、多くの生成AIはこれを適切に回避している」のだ。

今までは「馬鹿な反AIだなぁ」で済ませていましたが、ここで真面目に解説します。 AIの学習が合法とされるのは、出力が学習データと一致せず、変容性があり、かつ元作品の市場や売上を妨害しないからです。

いやね、AIの問題について、元々は慎重派だったのよ。AIには問題もあると思ってた。悪用には規制が必要だと思ってる。でも、それ以上に、反AIから「臭えドブの臭いが漂ってきた」のよね。

著作権は「使わせないため」じゃなく「創作を回すため」にあるんよ。だから引用や情報解析（30条の4）みたいな例外がある。AI学習もその枠組み。実際のユーザーは著作物を公共物なんて思ってないし、完成したモデルが変容性を持って同じ作品を出さないよう注意すれば問題ない。勝手に「公共物扱いして
