These Terms of Application for the third Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai, Japan Admission Ticket Present Campaign (hereinafter the "Terms") set forth the terms and conditions for the giveaway drawing campaign (hereinafter the "Campaign") held by Capcom Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Capcom,” “we,” or “us”). Please read these Terms carefully and give consent before you apply. If you are a minor, please apply only with the consent of your parent or legal guardian.
As specified in the [How to Apply] section, applicants from Thailand must be at least 20 years old. Applications submitted by individuals under the age of 20 will be deemed invalid even if parental or legal guardian consent is provided.

Campaign Summary

Capcom ID registered users who respond to the survey will be entered into a drawing to win two tickets to EXPO 2025 Osaka, Kansai, Japan. This campaign will be held in three stages from August 29, 2024, to September 30, 2025 (hereinafter the "Campaign Period").

Prizes

Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai, Japan One-Day Ticket (Super Early Bird Ticket): 80,890 tickets for 40,445 winners

How to Apply

To apply, you must agree to the Terms and the Campaign's Privacy Policy and answer the survey that will be displayed after logging in to your CAPCOM ID.
*Only those who live in Japan, Taiwan, Thailand, or the Philippines are eligible to apply for this Campaign. Applicants from Thailand must be at least 20 years old.
*Once you have applied, you will automatically be eligible for future drawings and will not need to apply again.

Third Application Period

February 4, 2025, (Tues) 11:00 AM to March 25, 2025, (Tues) 5:00 PM (JST)

Announcement of Winners

• - Winners will receive a winning email send from Capcom to the email address registered to your CAPCOM ID. Please check the winning email for more details about your award.

• - Winners will receive winning emails from us without prior announcement.

• - Winners are scheduled to receive winning emails from us around March 26, 2025 (JST).

• - Duplicate winnings are not allowed in this Campaign.

Rules for Application

• - If we are unable to send you an email due to an incorrect email address or other reasons, your win will be invalidated.

• - We will not resend winning emails.

• - We will not accept any inquiries about confirmation of the receipt of your application or whether you won or lost.

• - If we determine that an applicant has violated these Terms or laws and regulations, or if we otherwise deem it necessary for the operation of the Campaign, we reserve the right to invalidate the application or the win.

• - The content of the Campaign, including the prizes, is subject to change without notice.

• - You are not allowed to decline your right to win.

• - If you delete your CAPCOM ID during the Campaign Period, you will forfeit your right to apply.

• - After the Application Period ends, winners will be determined by the drawing of lots.

• - For handling tickets, please follow the regulations for Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai, Japan Admission Tickets.

Purpose:

• - To run this Campaign (including but not limited to the operations of managing applicants, conducting the drawings, contacting winners via their email address, sending IDs for prize tickets, granting prize tickets, and making the necessary contacts in relation to the Campaign)
  The legal basis for this purpose is the performance of a contract that we enter into with you.

• - To develop better games and services, and to improve future marketing activities (including evaluation of the effectiveness of this Campaign etc.)
  * The collected information regarding whether or not the prize tickets were used may be analyzed in conjunction with other collected information. The legal basis for this purpose is the legitimate interests.
