The image is a satirical cartoon by RebelPepper depicting a market where organs are being sold. The context from the post text reveals that this cartoon is based on a news report about organ harvesting from Uyghurs in China. In the cartoon, several men in Middle Eastern attire are shopping for organs displayed in a refrigerated case, with a sign in Chinese that reads "产地保证 新疆特色自选" (Guaranteed Origin, Xinjiang Specialty Selection). A doctor is pointing at one of the organs, and a man in a hospital gown is being led into a room labeled "红十字" (Red Cross). The cartoon was initially rejected for potentially offending Muslims, leading to a revised version where the buyers' attire was changed to Western suits to reduce religious connotations. The cartoon highlights the sensitive issue of organ harvesting and the censorship faced by the artist.
