・The shrink wrap will be partially cut off when sold.
・If someone other than the winner comes to collect the prize, the prize will not be sold, so please make sure that the winner comes to the store in person.

・If we find that multiple lottery entries have been submitted for the same product, all of the lottery entries submitted by that person will be invalidated.
・If you update your personal information after the winners are announced, you may not be able to make a purchase. Please refrain from changing your personal information after the winners are announced.
・The reservation period is three days, including the release date, so if you do not purchase within that period, your order will be automatically canceled. (For example, if the release date is Sep. 26th, the reservation period is from Sep. 26th to Sep. 28th.)
-When making a purchase, please come directly to the TSUTAYA Mitsuyoshi store as we do not deliver the products from our store.
