"Performance tickets are the gateway to a customer's musical experience. We feel that it is our important role to ensure that customers feel at ease when attending concerts through our sales and response to inquiries. It is a great encouragement when customers tell us, 'I was looking forward to this,' when they come to the concert."
"When I speak to customers directly over the phone or at the reception, I often hear about their expectations and thoughts about the music. Every word they say makes me realize that the performance will be a special time for many people, and it gives me pride in my work."
"I try to make sure that even people who are attending an orchestra concert for the first time can purchase tickets with confidence.
