It’s finally time to start posting chapter art! The arc continues, and Aubrey is distressed. As I’m posting this, I’m preparing to leave for college, so updates may become slower as classes start, but I’m very dedicated to this story and have been working hard on the next chapter. Over the next few days, I’ll post the other illustrations and the bonus pieces I made in anticipation of Part Two. I’ll get the DTIYS results out soon as well! silly goobers! I love them so much… tried a lineless style for this main drawing and had a lot of fun!! On the second slide are the pajama designs I made for them, and after that are some early doodles from September 2024 (though I started writing outlines and scene concepts for the chapters as early as June). I didn’t really know how I wanted to draw the scar yet… Then on slides 4 & 5, there are old sketchbook pages from October and January, respectively!

I have a lot more doodles, but many of them still contain spoilers. This is just what I can share as of Shapes - Part One!

There were so many moments in this chapter I wanted to draw for, so it ended up being the first chapter to have three illustrations (although I wanted to do even more). Here we have an anxious Basil, and Aubrey getting severely wounded. Ouch
