Go looking for sci-fi anime from the 90's to late 2000's, anime gore peaked there

The old devilman anime films are also good. Haven't seen the newer ones so i can't recommend them.

Unfortunately no anime has the same amount of gore, the same kind of gore, and gore as well made, and is at the same time as good of an anime as Genocyber. Genocyber is quite special in that regard. There are other animes that have roughly as much gore, but they're worse. And there are many that are better, that are violent and gorey, but have less gore and the gore isn't as nicely animated.

Parasite Dolls is more of a body horror, think it's better because its type of gore sticks longer than shock gore
