Murray Chotiner (left), Los Angeles attorney who was Vice President Nixon's 1952 campaign manager, and Attorney Jerry Giesler exhibit a copy of a 1 1/4 million dollar libel suit Chotiner filed against "Behind the Scene" magazine yesterday. Chotiner says the magazine carried an article in its March issue calling him "Nixon's secret link with the underworld". He said the article was part of a conspiracy to discredit him in an attempt to smirch Nixon.Photo measures 8 x 10.25inches. Photo is dated 1-12-1956.
