Campaign Application Conditions

Rakuten members who meet all the conditions of 【1】, 【2】, and 【3】 above during the campaign period

【1】Entry to the campaign

Enter the campaign on this page during the entry period.

【2】For Rakuten SAIKYO Plan users

At the time of entry, those who are not subscribed to the "Rakuten SAIKYO Plan" are eligible through the following methods:

(i) Apply for the "Rakuten SAIKYO Plan" through one of the following methods:

1. New application
2. Apply for MNP transfer from other mobile carriers
3. After changing (transferring) price plan from Rakuten Mobile (docomo/au network), apply

• Changing from "Rakuten SAIKYO Plan" to "Apple Watch Family Setup" during the campaign period is not eligible for the campaign.
• Not applicable to "Rakuten SAIKYO Plan (Data Type)", "Apple Watch Family Setup", "Super Hodai (Rakuten Network)", and "Combination Plan (Rakuten Network)".

(ii) Start using Rakuten SAIKYO Plan

What is the plan start date?

• For new applications　　※The plan start date will be the earlier of (1) or (2).
  1. The day we receive notification that the delivery is complete.
  2. The date when Rakuten Mobile was first offered on the plan (SIM card, eSIM)
• If MNP transfer from other mobile carriers

  The date when Rakuten Mobile was first offered on the plan (SIM card, eSIM)

• If you change (transfer) your price plan from Rakuten Mobile (docomo/au network)

  The date when Rakuten Mobile was first offered on the plan (SIM card, eSIM)

【3】Those who register as new U-NEXT members and are using the service during the campaign period

Customers who register for a new U-NEXT membership through the campaign's dedicated application page are eligible.

• Please use the same email address as your Rakuten Mobile contact email address when registering for U-NEXT.

Campaign rewards (Rakuten Points)

■ Campaign Benefits

Earn 968 Points Monthly for Up to 4 Months Based on Usage
※Points are awarded only for usage during the campaign period.

• Example 1) If you meet all the conditions in June and continue to use the service during the campaign period (until September 30), you will receive a total of 4 rewards.
• Example 2) If you meet all the conditions in July and continue to use the service during the campaign period (until the end of September), you will receive a total of 3 rewards.

■ Point awarding date

Campaign rewards are usually credited around the end of the second month following the month when conditions 【1】 to 【3】 are met.

• Example) If all conditions are met in June, Points will be awarded around the end of August, two months later.
• Rakuten Points are awarded by Rakuten Mobile.
• Rights cannot be transferred.

■ Point validity period

6 months including the Point awarding date

• About Term Limited Points
• Points used before the expiration date will not be refunded in the event of a cancellation or amount adjustment after the expiration date.

Campaign benefits not applicable.

The campaign benefits will not apply if any of the following conditions are met:

• If the payment for our services, such as U-NEXT, is not made by the payment due date and becomes overdue or unpaid.
• If you have ever subscribed to U-NEXT in the past
• If your U-NEXT subscription cannot be confirmed
• If the number of applications for the "Rakuten SAIKYO U-NEXT Pre-Campaign" exceeds one per person per contract, it will be ineligible.
• If the application is canceled due to deficiencies in identity verification of the contract holder/user or deficiencies in MNP procedures, etc.
• If the use of "Rakuten SAIKYO Plan" has not started
  • For instructions on how to start using your plan, please refer to the SIM card version or eSIM version of the Start Guide.
• If you change the contract of "Rakuten SAIKYO Plan" after entry (transfer or succession)
• When the contact email address for "my Rakuten Mobile" does not match the U-NEXT membership information (email address)
• If you apply for U-NEXT through any page other than the campaign's dedicated application page.
• If you change the contact email address on your My Rakuten Mobile at the time of campaign entry before Point are awarded
• If you change the U-NEXT membership information (email address) at the time of campaign entry before the Points are awarded.
• If you change the Rakuten ID linked to your Rakuten Mobile account at the time of campaign entry before the Points are awarded.
• If you cancel your Rakuten membership before the Points are awarded
• If you violate the terms and conditions set by us or Rakuten Group, Inc.
• If you have not completed the upgrade to Rakuten membership
• - If we reasonably determine that the applicant is not eligible for membership for any other reason.

• This campaign is subject to change, cancellation, or extension without prior notice. Thank you for your understanding.
• After this campaign ends, the terms or benefits may be changed and a similar campaign may be conducted.
• The personal information of entrants collected in connection with the operation of this campaign will be entrusted to U-NEXT Co., Ltd. for the purpose of verifying that the entry conditions are met and awarding Points.
• After this campaign ends, the terms or benefits may be changed and a similar campaign may be conducted.
• Campaign reward eligibility may be excluded or limited to the total prize amount within the scope of the Act against Unjustifiable Premiums and Misleading Representations or the Telecommunications Business Act if the customer is participating in other simultaneous campaigns.
