Collaboration is crucial to save health care in Mass.

Unity is the only way to solve the biggest challenges facing our Commonwealth, from the growing cost burdens being felt by patients, to the jam-packed health care facilities being staffed by strained workers.

That’s how Democratic state Senator Cindy Friedman of Arlington described the state of Massachusetts health care earlier this year. She’s right. Many factors are pulling our state’s world-class health care ecosystem apart at the seams — with patients too often stuck in the middle.
