I'm assuming you're talking about the car physics & handling? This was done by Alexander Roger. Both me and Sandy left after gta4.
Car handling is something that everybody has a personal preference for and you can never get it right. Personally I like the handling in gta4 but not x.com/ItsAlwaysLuna/…
