• The contract period (2 years) starts from the month following the activation month.
• After 24 months of use, a new contract period (2 years) begins from the 25th month, and this cycle repeats every 24 months thereafter.
• If you apply for cancellation or receive a carrier change approval number between the 24th and 26th months, and then remove the line or change carrier to another Hikari Collaboration company between the 24th and 28th months, no Contract cancellation fee will be charged.
  Example: For customers who had their service opened in March 2025, if they apply for cancellation between March 1, 2027 and May 31, 2027, and the line is removed or the service provider is changed to another Hikari Collaboration service provider within five months from March 1, 2027, no Contract cancellation fee will be charged.
• If you cancel your contract while having an outstanding balance for construction fees not covered by this campaign, you must pay the remaining balance in a lump sum.

If the cancellation application is submitted and completed outside the free cancellation application period (24th to 26th month), a contract cancellation fee will be incurred (including during the campaign benefit period).

The campaign benefits will not apply if any of the following conditions are met:

• If Rakuten Hikari is activated in the same month as the application
• If you are already using or have applied for Rakuten Hikari at the time this campaign starts.
• If you are currently using NTT East or NTT West's FLET'S HIKARI line and your provider is Rakuten Broadband, you are applying to switch
• If you proceed with the cancellation of Rakuten Hikari
• When a person living with an existing Rakuten Hikari user applies for a new Rakuten Hikari connection at the same installation address (including a contract name change)
• When a person who has previously used Rakuten Hikari applies for Rakuten Hikari again at the same installation address as their previous Rakuten Hikari service, and is living with someone else
• If the number of times the "Rakuten Hikari 0 Yen Installation Fee Campaign (Maximum Discount of 22,000 Yen)" is applied exceeds one time per person per contract, it will not apply.
• If purchased from sources other than Rakuten Mobile Shops or Rakuten Mobile Online
• If you cancel your Rakuten membership after applying for the campaign
• If you fail to pay the fees for our services or those provided by Rakuten Group by the payment deadline.
• If you violate the Terms and Conditions or other regulations set by us or Rakuten Group, Inc.
• In addition, if the Company reasonably determines that a user is not eligible for membership​

There are no campaigns that cannot be used in combination.​
