delv +ns (name server mode) to replace "dig +trace"

Something I've had on my things-to-do list for a few years now: add an option to delv that makes it instantiate a full internal recursive resolver and use that to resolve the specified query. The results would be similar to dig +trace - which has always been rather buggy - but since it would be using the same code as named, it would exactly reproduce the behavior of a name server with a cold cache performing a recursive lookup. dig +trace can be deprecated once this feature is in place.

That was what I called it originally, but then it occurred to me that
delvalready has options+mtrace,+rtrace, and+vtrace(they turn on message logging, resolver logging, and validator logging, respectively) and I was concerned that+tracemight be confusing. But you're right,+nsis going to be just as confusing for people who are familiar withdig +trace, so it's a matter of deciding between confusions.(Or, ideally, going back in time and bopping that idiot past-Evan on the back of the head for not calling the options
+mlog,+rlogand+vloglike a sensible person would've.)
