Terry McLaurin’s deal: $44 million guaranteed, $96 million with incentives

The three-year contract extension wide receiver Terry McLaurin agreed to Monday includes $29 million in annual base salary and $44 million in guarantees, according to a person familiar with the deal.

While the extension will pay McLaurin $87 million if he plays until its completion through the 2028 season, he could earn up to $96 million total with all incentives. The contract guarantees McLaurin at least $50 million for injury. The person familiar with the deal spoke on the condition of anonymity because they were not authorized to speak publicly.
