Everywhere was so great and welcoming and nice!!

The tour guide gave great explanations of every step in the process. The people who actually do the job every day gave the demonstrations.

Friday tours cancelled -- even if you had booked one. - After months of planning, flights booked, crazy itineraries planned -- we received a call and email from Kentucky Cooperage 2 weeks prior to our trip that they were cancelling all... read more Friday tours and refunding the tour that we booked months in advance. This was literally the destination our group was most excited to see after visiting almost every major distillery over the last several years. They could have easily made the decision to cancel tours prospectively after the open booking period, but instead we're left in the dark without the opportunity to make alternative plans. Such a disappointing experience.

Well... read more worth the effort to drive to Lebanon KY for the tour. My wife and I left amazed and armed with tons of knowledge. Pat was our guide for the tour. He loves his job, you can tell. He needs a pay raise! Will certainly recommend to all of our friends if they are in KY!
