Are you also getting the backside of every enemy as well? Quite a few of the chapter 1 stuff is only in chapter 1, so if you miss a chance to get one enemy from behind, no gold star for you. As for me... I am missing the rear of the green caterpillar enemies and the rear of the first kind of winged rats, both of which get replaced by chapter 4. Oh another thing that I nearly missed, that one boss that you face when you eat the mushrooms, you have to face him before you eat the shrooms (and likely die) in order for him to be in the battle log, I think. I need to recheck my first file, now that I think about it, but I think that may be the case.
