The momentum sparked by the ideas shared keeps me going back for more. Learning about the tenacity and strategy behind the LVT (LiveView Technologies) journey at Utah Business Founder Friday started the day off right. The conversation was meaningful and still lighthearted. ✨ I'll be listening to the podcast—the last part of the conversation was most important to me. The Utah Valley University Women’s Leadership Alumni lunch conversation was equally energizing. The panel delivered several mic drop moments, especially Erin Clark, who focused on leading through. She pointed out that we are all leaders—whether in business, home, or parenthood and that leadeship principles translate in all areas of life. As an adult in graduate studies I often explored Organizational Leadership coursework through the lens of current professional roles and motherhood and family dynamics. I also appreciated these comments: 💬 “We need to be more honest & respectful of each other.” – Pat Jones *I heard owning our experiences and advocating for the changes we know we need. 💬 “We operate in the systems we are given. “ “We do not rise to the aspirations we have, we fall to the level of our systems.” – Erin Clark * I heard systems often shape our actions more than we recognize. Approaching them with flexibility and curiosity allows us to identify areas of improvement. Moments like these remind me why getting out to connect with the community matters. Leadership and learning happens as we live and share moments together.💡✨
